Offer Accepted Stage
Once you’ve set eyes on a property you like and your offer has been accepted, a Holding Deposit of two week’s rent is required whilst we process your application.
Before you move into your new home, we will ask for a Security Deposit equivalent to six week’s rent when you rent through us.
All security deposits will be protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme & held in a secure account until the end of your tenancy.
